Who is asking
Every Face Counts is independent research led by Mark Sweeney, a makeup artist with twenty years in beauty. He has worked for Lancôme, Dior, Estée Lauder, MAC, Giorgio Armani Beauty and Sculpted by Aimee, on counters and behind the scenes. He is doing this with a small group of professional artists.
What you tell us will shape what gets made. It is being built around real people from the start, every skin tone and every age, rather than finished in a room and shown to you afterwards.
What we are asking
Most brands make the product, then find out whether it works for you. We are doing it the other way round. The survey asks about the makeup you wear, what you pay, what you have settled for and what you have never been able to find. Plain questions, no beauty jargon, no right answers. It takes about seven minutes. We do not ask for your name, and leaving your email at the end is optional.
